What will be done at initial visit?
Your initial visit will consist of an examination and possible treatment. The examination may be limited to a specific area or it may consist of a more detailed, complete, examination. A complete exam will be done if the situation warrants it.
Dr. Hall will explain the diagnosis and treatment plan in detail at the initial appointment.
We try to do as much treatment as possible at the time of the exam to minimize trips to the office!
Will my insurance pay for treatment?
Dental insurance helps to pay for many of the procedures we perform. Every insurance company is different, any every employer has a different contract with an insurance company. It is a great idea to familiarize yourself with your coverage prior to your appointment. We try to give our patients an accurate idea of what their out-of-pocket expenses will be before beginning treatment.
Will it hurt? Dr. Hall prides himself on minimizing discomfort during procedures. You will have the option of intravenous sedation or nitrous oxide gas to either put you to sleep for the procedure or to relax you. Many of the procedures we do can be done with only local anesthesia.
After the procedure, we will prescribe appropriate pain medications.
