Payment is due at the time of treatment unless other financial arrangements have been agreed upon in advance. Payment options include: Cash Check Credit Card Citi credit- which is out of office financing, offering a monthly payment plan and is usually interest free or take advantage of the extended payment plan with a low interest rate. Insurance: We participate with Delta USA and Delta Premiere. All other insurance claims are processed for you expediently. We also see disadvantaged patients from the Community Health Clinic and from Donated Dental Services. If you have an urgent need and cannot afford treatment, please let us know.
